Ideals and utopias offer means of escape from actually what is, which is, the human mind is violent. Let us face it, understand it, not in time, gradually, but actually look at it now, understand it very clearly. You can only understand it when the observer is not there because the observer is the very essence of prejudice. Therefore the observer divides. Observe without division, without asking, without creating the opposite of violence, just to look at violence in oneself. When one is angry, just observe it, not try to suppress it or run away from it. Just observe your anger or your greed, or your competitiveness, without creating the opposite. Observe it non-verbally because the verbal division is as important as the emotional division. Observe non-verbally, and there is a possibility of ending violence. Not tomorrow – immediately.
