‘Myself’ is constantly moving; it isn’t static. One moment it is peaceful, the next it is angry, the next it is pursuing a pleasure - it is constantly in action, movement. By looking at yourself, have you learnt something about it? That becomes an experience, knowledge. With that knowledge, you look next time. See what has happened: you look at the present movement with past knowledge and therefore never look. So can you look at the present movement without experience impinging upon it?
